Simple recipe of Tamagoyaki

Japanese multi-layered Omelette
Tamagoyaki is one of my favorite Japanese food and I try it every weekend. It is an important part of Japanese food which is used in breakfast, lunch boxes, topping, and as a side dish for any meal. The name tamago means “egg” and tamagoyaki means “fried egg”. The taste is slightly sweet, light and soft. I prefer my tamgoyaki to be little spicy rather than sweet, so I add some spices instead of sugar.
Ingredients:
1. 6 eggs
2. 1 table spoon oil
3. 2 table spoons of soya sauce
4. A pinch of salt
5. 1 tea spoon of chicken curry spice
Recipe:

First, whisk the eggs in a bowl using a fork or chopsticks and gently add the seasoning ingredients.

Secondly, heat the oil over medium heat in a square shaped frying pan (for a better shape). Wipe off the excess oil with a paper towel and set aside to repeat periodically. Third, pour 1/3 of egg mixture to the pan and wait until it is half-set and roll it toward yourself.

After that grease the pan and pour another third of the eggs for the second layer, allowing it to go beneath the first layer. When the layer is half-set roll it toward yourself. Re-grease pan as before and pour the remaining egg mixture and repeat the process. At the end, you can roll the omelet in a bamboo rolling mat if you want a perfect shape. You can also simply let it cool down and cut it into small pieces and serve. Now, Enjoy the soft and delicate taste!!
